Led Product, Engineering, Design, Data and DevRel during Sophon’s post-fundraising growth phase, turning company strategy into consumer products, ecosystem infra and internal AI systems.

Outputs

  • Translated company strategy into execution roadmaps across wallet infrastructure, onboarding, identity, rewards, developer tooling and ecosystem services. Launched over 10 products and services in the first 18 months.
  • Led operationalization and distribution efforts for Sophon’s TGE and node ecosystem rollout, supporting distribution of 29% of total token supply. The token distribution was one the most well received by community across web3 projects.
  • Oversaw 30+ infrastructure and ecosystem integrations across payments, identity, analytics, infrastructure and consumer applications.
  • Introduced AI-assisted operational workflows and early AI initiatives around productivity, orchestration, personalization and consumer interaction models.

Outcomes

  • Delivered 10+ consumer and infrastructure products across the ecosystem.
  • Reduced infrastructure and operational costs by approximately $800K annually through architecture optimization, vendor consolidation, AI-assisted workflows and organizational restructuring.
  • Built operating structures for a multidisciplinary 14-person organization spanning product, engineering, design, data and DevRel.
